Founded in 2007 as Global Risk Solutions, one of Ireland's most trusted and reliable security providers, it was acquired by Lexdar Holdings Limited and rebranded as Darlex Risk Management in 2019 with the head office established in Castlebridge, Co. Wexford in 2021. This venture brought a new structure to the operational and business development of an already well-established business.

Greg Browne
Managing Director
Greg served for over 23 years in the Military Police and the Logistics Corps of the Irish Defence Forces. His military service included tours of duty with the United Nations in South Lebanon and Cyprus where he worked with multinational Police forces. Greg has unrivalled experience working as a private security consultant both in Ireland and at an international level.
Paul Byrne
General Manager
Paul has a wealth of experience in the security industry, working in senior roles with some of Ireland's leading security and FM companies. Paul is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Security Institute of Ireland and is certified in Asset Risk Management and Threat Assessment and a certified Security Consultant with the Private Security Authority.
Dave Kavanagh
National Operations Manager
Dave started his career in the security industry as a security guard 37 years ago. Working for some of the largest grocery and fashion retailers in Europe he quickly rose through the ranks to manage security teams and departments in all aspects of commercial and industrial security and risk management. He currently manages a team of 100 security personnel across Ireland.
Pat Gallagher
FCCA, Company Accountant
Pat is an experienced business, finance and accounting professional with over 25 years’ experience across a diverse range of industries including IT, Dairy, Property Development, Personal Services and Security. He brings a wealth of business knowledge to Darlex Risk Management, having been involved in many areas of business throughout his career.
